I just recently had the pleasure of taking a boat training with Captain Josh from Untied Captain Services, LLC. It allowed me to learn proper docking skills, steerage techniques, boat safety, and general knowledge required with my boat. It was a rewarding training because it allowed me to better handle the fast river currents and changing winds when navigating through the rivers and canals of southwest Florida, which is very different from boating on Long Island, NY. I would say training with Captain Josh is a must-do for anyone new to boating or new to the area.
