THE WIND IS BLOWING AND CURRENTS ARE RIPPING...

Snook Bight can be a challenging marina when the wind is blowing and currents are ripping. Matt and Angie went out for another session of skills training today and able to see new conditions. We ran in the Gulf and they were able to see the importance of trim tabs and how to properly use them.

Current was pretty swift when we returned to the marina and allowed for us to practice several scenarios going with and against the current. Both of them were communicating and flowing nicely, making for a great day of docking training!

This was fantastic real life practice as their boat will live here for a few more months until their lift is ready. Now they feel much better bringing it back to the marina at the end of the day. We will continue to practice other skills while we are #buildingboatingconfidence!
